The Team
Andrew Wilcox, Executive Director
Andy has been producing projects for the last 20 years. Working for clients such as Priceline.com, Coca Cola, Unilever, GE, Sears, New York Stock Exchange, Disney, ESPN, Coors, Dasani, Virgin Mobile, Kraft, M&M Mars, Nike, Pepsi, Visa, Gillett, AT&T, Verizon, and others. They have won Cannes Lions and One Show pencils, among other awards. Andy started his career at BBDO/NY where he eventually became an Executive Producer, managing and producing campaigns (Super Bowl and others) for M&M Mars, NYSE, Pizza Hut, GE, Direct TV, Cingular/ATT Wireless, Visa, Pepsi, and Armstrong flooring. Andy then moved to Nitro NY, where he was the Head of Global content Production for 5 years.
Throughout his career Andy has helped advertising agencies bring in some of the best talent in the world to work on their jobs. He has worked with Wes Anderson, Dayton/Faris, Jake Scott, Tom Kuntz, Jake Nava, Noam Murro, Michel Gondry, and many other notable directors. They also worked with actors like Sarah Jessica Parker, Quentin Tarantino, Greg Kinnear, Janet Jackson, Kyra Sedgwick, William Shatner as well as athletes such as Tom Brady, Michael Phelps, Michael Strahan, and many others.
In addition to traditional broadcast work, Andy has produce unconventional projects like the award-winning website “GetALittleParis”. In 2009 they were part of the team that created the Grand Prix winner “Best Job In The World”. Other notable projects include producing and building exhibition spaces at the World Expo for Chevron in 2012, creating award winning web experiences for various clients he has embarked on producing long form content including the good food factory and the popular LGBTQ+ series “The Queens Project.” He is currently is currently the co owner of the independent production company Pals of Dorothy.
Paul Komoroski, Producer
Paul Komoroski is a producer and actor based in Virginia. Catch him in the Tin Can Brothers' forthcoming series The Wayward Guide for the Untrained Eye. Ellie Gravitte, Director
Ellie Gravitte is an award winning filmmaker based in New York City. Most recently, she was the winner of the first ever ABC Women’s Initiative, in which ten finalists were chosen to pitch a commercial concept at ABC Entertainment Marketing. Of the ten pitches, Ellie’s was selected for production, and she went on to direct the commercial herself, which aired on national television for ABC’s hit show, A MILLION LITTLE THINGS. Ellie is passionate about centering queer stories in her work, and holds strongly to the belief that young artists will be the ones who save the world.
Parker Michels-Boyce, Director of Photography
Parker Michels-Boyce is a still photographer and cinematographer based in Richmond, VA. His background is in photojournalism and his photos regularly appear in The New York Times and The Washington Post. In search of avenues to tell non-journalistic stories, Parker began working on narrative short films in 2015. His experience photographing in all kinds of real life situations helps him create rich and compelling worlds for the characters in his films. His latest film Cardinal (2019) has won multiple awards across the country, including Best VA Short Film at GenreBlast film festival.
Daniel Bagbey, Editor
Daniel Bagbey is a Virginia native who has been making films since 2011. Daniel graduated from Clemson University with a Hydrogeology degree in 2015, and after two years developing business for a startup in the architectural and engineering space, Daniel returned to his passion and built his own media company, OVRBORD Media (ovrbord.com), which is based in his hometown or Richmond, Virginia. Daniel enjoys long walks on the beach and a mid-week margarita on the rocks
